    TGIF! For those interested in another mud run, the McGuire mud run is Sept 10th. If you are interested, go to McGuiremudrun.org to register. Choose team Crossfit Hamilton or Crossfit Hamilton 2 if the first team is full. There is a cap of 5 people per team. Choose the 10 am heat. Military members, active and/or reserved can create a team @ a great discounted rate. Let's get some CFH representation out there! Must register by 8/28/11.

    Has anyone signed up for the Civilian Military Combine at Camelback Mountain on September 10th? Looks like an awesome Crossfit workout, 7 mile run up and down that mountain combined with stations for Thrusters, KB swings, Box Jumps and our favorite Burpees....(set up like fight gone bad). Or did anyone sign up for Tri State Tough Mudder? (Which in my opinion was colder and harder then the PA one) Or am I just talking to myself??? Oh yeah and is someone running at Bell Mountain Sunday morning? :-)

    Thanks for all of the great coaching and words of encouragement this AM Carl. We actually only had to wait one hour for my kids to greet their online hero so all is well here. Hope you and Jane and your family had a quick trip today!
