    There will be a WOD involving swimming at the games this year. This will be interesting. I your new to Crossfit over the last year, the games are this weekend and you can watch a live stream of the games starting Friday through through Sunday. I highly recommend that you take a look. The online production is very good and the athletes are amazing. The best part is that this is our sport and they do what we do. You will instantly feel a connection to everything the athletes are going through physically and mentally. It is amazing to to watch and understand the capacity for which these people have. That is what makes it different from say the NFL where you can love the game but are still detached even if you did play at some level. I can't wait.

    I just saw that a swim will be in the games and am even more stoked to watch this year. I'm equally exited about the new pool that Coach will have to get for the box now. Thanks all for the warm welcome at the box this morning. Something nice about working out as the sun rises. I may have to make it to the 6 am every six months instead of once a year from now on.
