Jan. 5th.  30-Day Nutritional Challenge.  There will be a sign-up sheet at the gym for the challenge and the body fat testing.  This needs to be booked in advance so we ask everyone who is interested in the challenge please take action and sign-up.  Payments are not required until Jan. 5th for the body fat testing, but we need to put the list together asap.
