Skill:  Hang Power Clean 10 X 2

** 60% of your 1RM or stay light, work technique.

A1.  Bulgarian split squat 2 X 15 (each leg)

** Use Db’s AHAP

Conditioning:  Sled Sprints 10 x 60 meters
