Congrats to everyone who PR’d yesterday!!  Programming is headed in the right direction and with new ideas and new methods I’m looking forward to the next couple of months of training.  Great job!!!

 

5 Rounds AQAP:

40 Double Unders

30 Second FLR on Rings

200 Meter Sprint

10 Db 1 Arm Snatch #50 #35 ( 10 each arm/must touch the ground every rep. )

** Coaches Notes:  AQAP means as quickly as possible.  The reason for this instead of for time is because there is a big focus on the 200 meter sprint.  you want to be able to run the 200 at or near 100%.
