** Increase weight of db’s, decrease box height if needed.

Skill Training:

A1. Snatch 10 X 2 OTM.  

A2. Clean & Jerk 10 X 2 OTM.

Conditioning: Work to Rest Ratio.

Double Unders 45 Sec.

Rest 15 Sec.

OHWL 45 Sec.

Rest 15 Sec.

Med Ball Russian Twists 45 Sec.

Rest 15 Sec.
