Yoga with coach Leslie will be on Tuesday’s at 6:30pm.  All are welcome and I highly recommend it.  Further information on the session will be coming soon.

 

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

**  This can be conventional or sumo stance.  Make it deficit or add chains or bands.  Just go heavy and have fun!!
