In teams of 2 complete the following

80 Wall Ball shots

200 Meter Buddy Carry (200 meters each)

80 Partner sit-ups with med ball toss

80 Burpees (Burpees can only be performed while

your partner holds their chin over the bar in a

pull-up position).

200 Meter Buddy Carry

**The wall ball shots, sit-ups, and burpees are 80

total, not 80 each.  Partition any way that you want. 

Sub farmer carries for buddy carries if needed.

** If you have a 3rd member of the team add 40 to the

80 total reps.
