5 Deadlifts

400 Meter Run

**There is no set weight or standard for this wod nor

is it for time.  Choose the weight that you want to use

for each set of deadlifts (same weight across or

increments) as well as how you approach your 400

meter runs (sprint intervals or traditional).  You

can be as creative as you want with this workout.  

You can max out your deadlift while getting in some

sprints with rest between rounds or you can get after

it like a traditional metcon, it’s your choice.  You can

also be creative with your deadlift by adding chains or

bands as well as pulling from the rack or simply

changing your stance.
