Schedule Update:  There may be some changes in

I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this

may cause.

A1.  If you have a 1RM Clean & Jerk then take 75%

of your 1RM.  Perform 1 rep on the minute, every

minute for 20 minutes.

A2.  If you don’t have A1.  Clean & Jerk 1RM

B1.  For A1 only!!!  Deadlift 3-3-3

B2.  Posterior Chain work

    well, when i mentioned that my wrtists hurt. you told me that weren't my wrist the strongest part of my body?? No wonder why nobody posts on the board or works out with us in the morning.

    Stretch - Please ask Professor for some videos on how to properly foam roll. Not sure what you were doing with the roller when I walked in the Box, but I'm pretty sure it had no medical, fitness, stretching, mobility, balance, agility, health, vitality, speed, strength, or nutritional value.
