A1. If you have a 1RM Clean & Jerk then take 75%
of your 1RM. Perform 1 rep on the minute, every
minute for 20 minutes.
A2. If you don’t have A1. Clean & Jerk 1RM
B1. For A1 only!!! Deadlift 3-3-3
B2. Posterior Chain work
