    Happy Birthday Margo. I always say that every workout at CFH is extremely hard and challenging and that's why I love it there so much. Today's WOD (God awful wall walks) was especially difficult for me and there many times where I wanted to quit. The cheers from my fellow Cross Fitters tonight got me through it. They pushed me through and made me finish. That doesn't happen at your normal gym. I thank you all tonight for your support and Coach Dave for always encouraging us to be our best. It means so much.
