    Jay, Here's a link to the chili we make. I use 3-4 lbs of beef and also add about 2-3 cups of cut up butternut squash and 1 large red pepper. The guacamole a the bottom is awesome but I never make it because I'm lazy and the chili is great by itself. I make this at the begining of the week and it is at least 10 servings.
