This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

    Yet again a newcomer to the morning crew says "I have never met stretch. Will he be here this morning?" Of course, we assure her. But alas, no Stretch! The enigma that is stretch continues to grow in legend. It's like going to the zoo and being told they have lions that are available for viewing all the time but that day they all choose to stay in their den. Major let down. Stretch, people pay good money to see the morning zoo in their natural habitat. You can't let them down.

      Barry, you beat me to it. Yes I was hoping to meet the Infamous Stretch I and II. Although it was hell getting up at 5:00 am, I am so glad I went and got it done

    Linda, so sorry to miss this morning, stayed home and did "Annie" at my house this morning. I had a big meeting with the fan club yesterday morning, so i had to pass today. Will promise to be in next week. Barry - i love the mystery and suspense, it adds to the aura

    Tights was home getting the kids off to school as his wife is on a 'girls weekend' in the Dominican Republic..... I'm trying to slide into a night class tomorrow. If not, I'll be back on Tues. Kudos to Stretch 1 and Stretch 2. Flying solo with a home-WOD!
