    ok now normally you're used to me posting some off the wall comment or something crazy on this board to attrach some conversation, but today i'm going to be serious. i have to say that while i'm never going to be confused with a great, heck even a good runner. all of the strength training, mixed in with the rows, and other straight cardio stuff, have made me a much better runner. while i still may be last in the runs, i think i'm improving as my recovery time, endurance and overall "run experience" improves. i know i'm preaching to the choir but this crossfit stuff works :) Thanks for listening
