    First day of crossfit I did 5 rounds in 10 minutes, today I did 13 +pull ups and pushups in a full Cindy. 5 weeks difference. Thanks coach Bryan and coach Dave!

    Great job Jake! I also had something to share...when I went for my physical today I needed to get an EKG for a family history of heart issues. So, when the nurse was done, she said, "You have an amazing resting heart rate, are you an athlete?" and I laughed out loud. Then I looked at my ripped callus on my hand from this morning and said, "I am trying real hard to be". Thanks CFH!

    3 rounds plus pullups better than the beginning of the challenge and much better pushup execution (my weakness) thanks to the regular pushup practice over the past six weeks. thank you Paleo Challenge!

    Pressure was on me this morning when my son and my husband were placing their bets on how many rounds MORE of Cindy I would do than my pre Paleo Challenge of 15! I managed to squeeze 17 rounds into the longest 20 minutes of my life-or so they seemed! I am incredibly grateful to have finished the challenge without straying too much during the 45 days and also incredibly grateful and appreciative of the support, guidance, and excellent examples set by the coaches and members of CFH. Our community of athletes are nothing short of inspirational! Thanks to everyone for your continued support and special thanks to Dave and Bryan for being so positive and so very patient!
