** This is not a max effort box jump! Make it

challenging but successful for each rep.  Use the

same height for 5 sets of 2 reps.  Resting up to 2

minutes between sets.

A2.  Bench Press  1 RM.  Then 4 X 4 @ 80% 1RM.

A3.  Tabata Hand Stand Holds X 6

    Just registered for The CrossFit OTG challenge on Nov 5. Let's get a good group to send down there. I know I've talked to a few people about it, post up if your registered or thinking about it! Anyone interested in competing in the open/regionals, this should be great experience.

    I am really disappointed that I will be away next weekend in Arizona and unable to be involved in Barbells for Boobs. However-this coming weekend, on Saturday I have organized an event called Yoga for the Cure. It is a 90 minute team-taught yoga practice at PEAC Health and Fitness, to raise awareness. There is no charge for the event-just make a donation to Benefit Breast Cancer Research. It takes place at 11:30 on Saturday October 22-please let me know if you are interested in attending!
