    Crossfiters- This Saturday from 1-6 River Horse Brewery is having it’s Oktober fest. For anyone interested in enjoying a few -5′s come out and have some seasonal beers. Also, there will be a liquid WOD to offset at least 1 of those cheats. I spoke with the person running the event and this year they are going to provide 2 pale options: fermented fruit and steeped canibus leaves.
