    Beth, I love this concept! It will allow you to train a little more sport specific at the same time keep your colume down so that you can recover. I think were on to something here. It's gonna be fun can't wait for next week.

    I'd like to recommend the Paleo Comfort Foods cookbook-I just got it this week. Today I made the stuffed peppers, the basic bread (made with almond flour, of course), and the pecash-butter (pecans and cashews). Great color pictures and really straightforward approach in recipes.
