    ok so my score for the week is 23- not good at all- sorry about not posting im just a bit overwelmed this week trying to calculate the right way and get into a rhythm of paleo- not eating enough meals and working out kinks in my daily lifestyle- let me know if im out of the challenge though i will still be doing it
