At the top of each minute (including minute 0) perform 6 Toes to Bar. 

*If 6 begins to be a little too much, drop down to 3, 4, 5 etc.

*Subs: K2E, Hollow Rocks, Etc.

    All these indicate that you have a spyware in your system. In case of a spyware, the main of such a threat is to steal your data, especially the information that is sensitive in nature. The main thing to be careful about with a free program is that, the program itself might be a rogue or malicious program.
