For Reps: 

90 seconds: Max Reps Deadlifts #225/155

90 seconds: Max Reps Ring Push-ups

60 seconds: Max Reps Deadlifts

60 seconds: Max Reps Ring Push-ups

45 seconds: Max Reps Deadlifts

45 seconds: Max Reps Ring Push-ups

30 seconds: Max Reps Deadlifts

30 seconds: Max Reps Ring Push-ups

FORMAT:

*No rest between movements.

*Have athletes start on different movements to maximize space.

SCALING:

*To scale up, use a deficit for the ring push-up.

*To scale, do ring push-ups while your knees are in contact with the floor.
