FORMAT:

*Go heavy, go unbroken on Deadlifts!

*20 CTB Pull-ups then 10 Deadlifts then 50 Double Under’s. Repeat until finished. 

SCALING:

*1 min. of DU attempts.

*Sub regular pull-ups for CTB. Further scale by doing jumping CTB pull-ups.
