5 Rounds for Time:

20 Push Jerks #95/65

400m Run

60 Double Under’s

FORMAT:

  • There is a 25 min. Time Cap.

SCALING:

  • Push Jerks
    • Box Jumps should take no longer than 90 seconds
    • Scale by performing Push Jerks at lighter weight
    • These should be performed in 2-3 sets at most.
  • Run
    • The run should take no longer than 2 minutes
    • Scale by decreasing the distance on the run each round
  • Double Under’s
    • Double Under’s should take no longer than 1 minute
    • Scale by performing less reps that can be completed in the minute
    • Scale further by performing attempts or singles in 1 minute every round.
