- There is a 25 min. Time Cap.
- Push Jerks
- Box Jumps should take no longer than 90 seconds
- Scale by performing Push Jerks at lighter weight
- These should be performed in 2-3 sets at most.
- The run should take no longer than 2 minutes
- Scale by decreasing the distance on the run each round
- Double Under’s
- Double Under’s should take no longer than 1 minute
- Scale by performing less reps that can be completed in the minute
- Scale further by performing attempts or singles in 1 minute every round.
