A) Complete 5 sets as heavy as possible of the below Barbell Complex:
Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat + Push Jerk
*Build to as heavy as possible.
*Complete 5 heavy sets
*Warmup sets should not count towards your 5.
B) Take 80% of your heaviest Complex in part A and complete:
AMRAP 12 minutes of:
1 Power Clean (PC)
1 Hang Squat Clean (HSCLN)
1 Front Squat (FSQT)
1 Push Jerk (PJ)
*Scoring: 1 Round=1 PC+1 HSCLN+1 FSQT+1 PJ
