FORMAT:

  • There is 16 minute Time Cap on this workout

SCALING/GUIDE:

  • Power Cleans
    • Power Cleans should be performed in big chunks rather than single reps!
    • Scale Power Clean by lowering the weight
  • Handstand Push-ups
    • Scale HSPU by lowering reps each round to complete in under 1 min.
    • Scale HSPU by using 1-2 abmats
    • Further scale HSPU today by use of Coach’s Scale
      • Pike Push-up / HS Hold / DB Shoulder Press / etc.
