15 min. AMRAP

You Go, I Go Format:

16 Wall Ball Shots #20/14

12 Toes to Bar

8 Kettlebell Swings #70/53

FORMAT:

*Partner 1 completes 1 entire round, then parter 2 completes 1 entire round.

*Kettlebell Swings are overhead.

*Go heavier than you normally would for Kettlebell Swings.

*Score is total number of rounds per team.

*Have the goal to do all movements unbroken and fast.

*Individual rounds should take no longer than 1:20-1:40.

SCALING:

Toes to Bar

-If you can hang, complete hanging knee raises

-If you cannot hang, complete toes to upright (lay on the ground with hands on upright, lift hips and bring toes to the upright above you then return feet back to ground.
