30 Bodyweight Backsquats (from rack)

FORMAT:

*Refer back to 4/25 for this WOD. We did the reverse, For Time: 30 BW Backsquats then a 1 mile run.

*Use same weight as you did for 4/25

*Two heats here. Encourage spotting.
