WOD:

In Teams of 2, Complete on a 30 minute running clock:

3 minutes of Dumbbell Snatch #50/35

2 minutes of Wall Ball Shots #20/14

2 minutes of Push-ups

3 minutes to complete 400m Run 

Complete 3 Rounds of above

FORMAT:

  • Share / split reps with your partner in the prescribed time.
  • Keep track of total reps as a team!!
  • Both athletes complete the run together.
