FORMAT:

*30 min. OVERALL Cap.

*If you complete the work early, you get to rest until the next cycle comes around.

*If you fail to complete 200m + 12 WBS in the 2 minute window, default to a total 16 min. AMRAP Time Cap. For example, if you cannot complete 200m + 12 WBS during the window of 6-8 minutes, continue in AMRAP format until you reach 16 min. 

*Run is to fence and back.
