Double Under’s 

3 -6 – 9 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 21 – 24…(+3 Reps)

Handstand Push-ups

1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1….(Constant @ 1)

Power Clean and Jerk #205/135

FORMAT:

*Climb as high as possible during the 15 minutes.

*Double Under Reps increase by 5.

*Handstand Push-up Reps increase by 3.

*Power Clean and Jerk Reps stay constant at 1.

*Cap the number of HSPU per round if needed to complete the round. For example, complete 5 HSPU per round vs. 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, etc.

SCALING:

*Scale Handstand Push-ups to:

  1. Cap the number of HSPU per round so you can complete the round.
  2. Kick-up and hold for 1 sec. per rep.
  3. Plate Presses. Use a 15-25lb plate and press it overhead.
  4. Dumbbell Shoulder Press. Have a lighter pair of dumbbells and perform shoulder press.
