Accumulate 30+ Handstand Push-ups (no more than 50 reps)
*If you are unable to complete HSPU, complete negatives after you have kicked up to handstand hold.
*If you want to build more shoulder strength, complete 3 x 10 reps of Barbell Press. *Add weight if possible
*Go heavier than you normally would
*Go higher than you normally would
*The set of 21,15,9 Deadlifts should have to be broken up.
*Recommend stepping down from box jumps.
