5 rounds for time of:
25 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball to 10-ft. target
*You should complete the Wall Balls in no more than 2 sets each round.
*You should complete the Pull-ups in no more than 4-5 sets each round.
*Your goal should be to successfully complete each round in under 3 minutes.
*Begin scaling from the beginning if needed. Lower the Pull-up repetitions from 30 to 20 or 10 per round.
*Scale Pull-ups by subbing Jumping Pull-ups.
