WOD:

Part 1:

“Grace”

For time:
135 / 95 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Part 2:

Build to a Heavy Front Squat in 15 minutes

FORMAT:

  • 10 min. Time Cap for “Grace.”
  • Athletes can begin building for Front Squat as soon as they finish “Grace.”
  • “Grace” from 0 – 10
  • Front Squat ends at 25 on the clock.
