Max Double Under’s in the Remaining Time

FORMAT:

  • Today’s score is the total number of Double Under’s each round
  • You should have at least 30 seconds on the Double Under’s each round.
  • Use Dumbbells to anchor your feet for Sit-ups

SCALING:

  • The movement that may need most scaling is the push-up.
    • Lower reps today to complete the push-ups in less than 30 seconds.
  • Double Under’s
    • Perform attempts in your remaining time and only count successful DU’s for score
    • Perform single unders and count as your score
