WARM-UP:

*As apart of the warm-up, spend 10 minutes completing:

Muscle Up Drill 1 and 2.

*As apart of the warm-up, spend 10 minutes practicing Pistols and scaling options.

WOD:

Each Athlete will complete 4 sets each for max reps of:

60 seconds Max Reps Handstand Push-ups

Rest 60 seconds

60 seconds Max Reps Kettlebell Swings #53/35

Rest 60 seconds

60 seconds Max Reps Goblet Squats

Rest 60 seconds

FORMAT:

*Whiteboard: Total # of KBS per round.
