100 – 80 – 60 – 40 – 20 Double Under’s

10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 Push Jerk #165/125

FORMAT:

  • Athletes clean the bar from the ground and perform Push Jerks
  • This workout should take 10-12 minutes!

SCALING:

  • Double Under’s
    • 100 Reps – :90 of work
    • 80 Reps – 1:15 of work
    • 60 Reps – 1:00 of work
    • 40 Reps – :45 of work
    • 20 Reps – :30 of work
      • Perform attempts or single unders in this timeframe
  • Push Jerk
    • Choose a weight that allows you to complete all reps in less than 2 sets per round!
