WARM-UP:

WOD PREP (to be done after dynamic warm-up & before WOD begins):
3 sets:
6 Bar Facing Burpees
4 Power Snatch
4 Thrusters
6 Bar Facing Burpees
Set 1: Empty Bar
Set 2: Warm-up Weight
Set 3: Working Weight

WOD:

For Time: 

18 Bar Facing Burpees
15 Power Snatch #95/65
15 Thrusters #95/65
18 Bar Facing Burpees

Rest 5 min.

Repeat

FORMAT:

*1 barbell and weight for workout. 
*Do your best to move fast, go unbroken, etc.
*You should aim for sub 5 minutes for each round.  

SCALING:

Scale weight so you can go unbroken!
