60 Snatches

60 Clean and Jerks

FORMAT:

*With your partner, complete all 60 Snatches before moving on to 60 Clean and Jerks. You may change weights for the movements but you must use only 1 barbell. For example, you may (with your partner) use #115 for the Snatches and then #135 for the Clean and Jerks.
*You may divide up the reps as you see fit. For example, you can go with sets of 3 or 5 or even just single reps from the start.
