1 min. Max Dumbbell Thrusters

FORMAT:

*RX: #45/35

*1 set of Dumbbells

*For the Whiteboard, record total number of burpees. 

*4pm/5pm class: maximize space and resources by having 1/2 athletes start on burpees and 1/2 athletes start on dumbbell movement.
