60 Front Rack Lunges #75/55

Part 2: For Completion 

Beginner to GHD

3 x 25 Abmat Sit-ups

Less than 1 year experience to GHD

3 x 20 GHD Sit-ups to Parallel

Over 1 year experience to GHD

3 x 25 GHD Sit-ups

FORMAT:

*Please no dropping of bars with 10lb and 15lb plates.

*1 Barbell

*Part 1 should be completed in under 10 minutes. 

*If you feel the need to go heavier on the thruster and lunge, I challenge you not to. Rather, go unbroken and move faster. There is more value in doing this. 

 

SCALING:

*2 minutes of attempts for double unders.
