  • This WOD is meant to be fast!
  • This workout should not take any longer than 10 minutes!


  • Power Snatch
    • Decrease the weight
    • Substitute Dumbbell Snatch if cannot perform with barbell
  • Burpees over the Bar
    • Substitute Burpees behind bar if cannot jump over bar.
