Part 1:

Build to 5 working sets of the below complex: (please send video demonstration on Instagram (@crossfithamilton) or Facebook group.

Snatch Pull + Hang Snatch + Snatch

These sets should be at or around 60-80% of your 1 rep max Snatch.

Part 2:

Snatch Deadlift

3 sets of 5 reps @ 100% of Part 1.

3 sets of 3 reps @ 110% of Part 1.

3 sets of 1 rep @ 120% of Part 1.
