  M 4.5-in. deficit, 225-lb. deadlift
F 3-in. deficit, 155-lb. deadlift

Time cap: 16 minutes


  • Today, we are building to a 5 rep Push Press
  • For Part 2, stagger start to ensure enough time for athletes to complete bike portion.
  • Choose a Handstand Push-up variation that is challenging to you
    • Stack plates if you are completing as prescribed
