WOD:

Part 1:

In 20 minutes, build to a Heavy Complex of:

Power Snatch + Power Snatch + Overhead Squat

1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 (7 sets of 1 complex)

Part 2:

Every Minute on the minute x 9 Minutes: (3 ssts)

Minute 1: Max Overhead Squats #45/35 in :45

Minute 2: Max Ring Rows in :45

Minute 3: Max Hollow Rocks / Hollow Hold in :45

FORMAT:

*You should begin your first set of the complex at approximately 70% of your 1 rep max Squat Snatch. 

*Regardless, build to something challenging.
