In Teams of 2, Complete:

50 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges

40 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans

50 Dumbbell Step Ups to a 20” Box

40 Dumbbell Push Jerks

50 Dumbbell Snatches Alternating

FORMAT:

*Switch back and forth with your partner to complete the prescribed repetitions. 

*Two  sets of Dumbbells per team only if necessary.
