Double Under’s **

Start at 20 Double Under’s and increase by 20 reps each round.

WOD NOTES:

  • Today, we are building to a 5 rep Bench Press
  • For Part 2, choose a Shoulder to Overhead weight that allows you to maintain unbroken sets during the 20 minutes.
  • For Part 2, the goal is to get through 6+ Rounds. This is approximately 3 minutes per round!
  • The first few rounds will be a lot faster. As the Double Under’s increase, your time per round will begin to increase.
