FORMAT:

  • Thruster Prescribed Loading:
    • Round 1: 75 / 55
    • Round 2: 95/ 65
    • Round 3: 115 / 75
    • Round 4: 135 / 95
    • Round 5: 155/ 105
  • The Goal would be to perform the Thruster’s unbroken!
  • The Goal would be to push your effort on the Assault Bike as well for Max Calories
  • Score: Max Calories each round & Thruster weights
  • No capped rest. Rest as needed to perform aforementioned stimulus.
