- Round 1: 75 / 55
- Round 2: 95/ 65
- Round 3: 115 / 75
- Round 4: 135 / 95
- Round 5: 155/ 105
- The Goal would be to perform the Thruster’s unbroken!
- The Goal would be to push your effort on the Assault Bike as well for Max Calories
- Score: Max Calories each round & Thruster weights
- No capped rest. Rest as needed to perform aforementioned stimulus.
