  • Today, we are building to a Squat Clean Thruster in preparation for “Fran”
  • For Part 2, there is a 10 min. Time Cap
  • The purpose of today is to gauge where there current fitness level is with one of CrossFit’s most classic benchmarks!
  • Benchmark WOD’s are the best tests and therefore, you should make sure you record your score.
