FORMAT:

  • 1 Barbell for the WOD
  • There is a 22 min. Time Cap

SCALING:

  • Box Jumps
    • Box Jumps should take no longer than 3 minutes
    • Scale by performing 60 total Step Ups
  • Kettlebell Swings
    • Kettlebell Swings should take no longer than 2 minutes
    • Scale by performing Russian Swings if cannot go overhead
  • Toes to Bar
    • Toes to Bar should take no longer than 3 minutes
    • Scale by performing Hanging Knee Raises
  • Power Cleans
    • Power Cleans should take no longer than 3 minutes
    • Scale by performing Power Cleans at lighter weight
