WOD:

3 x 3 min. AMRAP’s

30 Double Unders

10 Box Jumps #24/20

10 Push Press #95/65

Rest 2 min. between each AMRAP.

*The goal of each AMRAP is to get +3 Rounds.

*Scale the Double Unders to less reps OR Max Reps/Attempts in 30 seconds.

*Choose a weight on the Push Press that you can go unbroken.
